Residential services
Our Residential and In-Home Services provide individuals with disabilities and aging adults a nurturing, structured, and supportive environment designed to promote dignity, safety, and independence.
Our Residential and In-Home Services support individuals with disabilities and aging adults in living safely and independently in the setting that best meets their needs. We offer Group Homes, Shared Living, In-Home Supported Family Services, Respite, Personal Care, and Chore Services. Whether in a structured residential environment or aging in place at home, our person-centered approach promotes dignity, independence, and meaningful quality of life.
For those who benefit from out-of-home support, we offer Group Homes and Shared Living arrangements that foster community connection while encouraging personal growth and daily living skill development. Each individual receives personalized, person-centered care tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and goals.
For individuals who wish to remain in their own home or with family, we provide In-Home Supported Family Services that strengthen independence while preserving family stability. Our team works alongside families to provide structured supports that enhance safety, skill development, and overall quality of life.
We also offer Respite Services to provide temporary relief for caregivers, ensuring continuity of care while supporting family well-being. Through our In-Home Personal Care and Chore Services, individuals receive assistance with daily living tasks such as hygiene support, meal preparation, mobility assistance, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe home environment.
Whether supporting adults with developmental disabilities or seniors who wish to age in place, our trained staff deliver compassionate, reliable care that prioritizes respect, autonomy, and meaningful engagement.
At A Place Meant, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live safely, confidently, and with purpose — in the setting that best supports their independence
